Install Error Copying DLL File...
●
In some instances users have reported receiving an installation error where the installation script fails to copy/update a required .DLLfile.
●
Most users have been able to overcome this problem by running the installation in Windows XP Compatibility Mode. Right-click on the Reload Buddy setup file and choose properties. On the compatibility tab check the "run this program in compatibility mode for..." and choose Windows XP SP2 from the drop down. If not already checked you should also check the "Run as Administrator" option as well. Hit OK, and then double-click the icon to start installation.

Unable to Locate Database Error
●
Some users have reported getting an "Unable to Locate Database Error" after a successful installation. In most cases this is a result of the 64-Bit issue mentioned above, or having to do with the user's permissions.
●
The 1st time Reload Buddy is opened the user must have Administrator privileges. This is necessary in order for Reload Buddy to create the necessary DataLink file which connects the software to your database. To run Reload Buddy as the administrator, Right-Click on the shortcut and choose the Run as Administrator option. Keep in mind that depending on your level of permissions you may be prompted for a username and/or password.

Installing on a 64-Bit System (X64)
●
Some people have reported database access issues after installing to the default installation directory (C:\Program Files (X86)\Reload Buddy\) on a 64-Bit (X64) Windows system.
●
We are making some changes to the installation script for Reload Buddy 2.0 to eliminate this issue, but in the meanwhile a work-around is available. By installing to C:\Program Files\Reload Buddy (i.e. without the X86) it will work perfectly. During the installation process just click the browse button on the default installation screen or by manually removing the (X86) in the address bar.
